I know you really want change. You’ve had enough of IBS.
However there is a HUGE difference in wanting change and being at the stage where you are ready and able to invest a substantial amount of time, money and focus into actually getting that change.
I had to learn this the hard way.
I spent many many years trying things (often quick fixes), and not getting much relief.
One day when my IBS got really bad and I couldn’t stand it any more, I was finally ready.
I made a solemn vow to myself that I was going to break free of IBS, whatever it took.
And I started investing my hard-earned savings in all kinds of methods to do this. Even though I wasn’t sure any of it would work.
Are YOU ready to reverse your IBS?
Firstly, you need to have had your IBS checked out by a doctor – and know that “it’s just IBS”.
You need to be at a stage of your life where you are able and willing to invest in and commit yourself to releasing your IBS over a 6-month period that allows you to recover.
And you have to DECIDE that releasing IBS and living a better life IS possible for you. Even if what you have tried so far hasn’t worked.
What does this private coaching program include?
This is a done-with-you private program. You have an active and empowered role to play in reversing your IBS.
During each of our one-on-one sessions over a 6-month period we focus on finding the unique and often hidden IBS triggers that are keeping YOUR specific IBS symptoms coming – and gently releasing them.
As the work done in each session builds up, you can expect some new and exciting changes in your IBS symptoms.
The private sessions are on Zoom, usually every fortnight. And between sessions I will be in contact by email with specific actions, and I’m available during office hours to answer any questions by mail and support you when you need it.
My objective is that every client finds their IBS triggers and releases their main IBS symptoms. And leaves coaching feeling excited and empowered about their health.
I’m not sure about Coaching…
Coaching via Zoom has it’s advantages. You don’t have to go out, or park.
You can do this in the comfort of your own home – and not even tell anyone you’re doing it!
I intend for my coaching style to be steady, supportive, respectful and non-intrusive. (With a pinch of zany humour mixed in!) Most of the people who work with me have trust issues, as I did.
The best way to get a feel for this is to get on a call with me. If this is for you, you’ll feel it.
And if it’s NOT for you, that’s perfectly fine.
How do I know if this will work for me?
I only work with people that I believe are ready to get the results they are seeking.
On a Discovery call with you, I can get a feel for this. And I will let you know if I can’t help you.
As a former IBS sufferer, I know what it feels like to invest something new and get your hopes up. And be disappointed – yet again. That’s not what I want for you.
While everyone is different and there are no guarantees, the vast majority of my clients get results. (If they didn’t, I wouldn’t be doing this work.)
