You may not see the link between IBS pain and emotional pain – but there is one.
It is why the fixes and meds don’t work for long. And why your harassing IBS symptoms keep coming back.
Understand this, and you have the key to lasting IBS relief.
The unlikely connection between IBS pain and emotional pain
At one point, I decided to sacrifice earning a salary to go after my IBS. I had suffered with IBS flares for years, and my symptoms were getting so dire and painful that I was starting to develop what looked like Fibromyalgia.
So I decided. It was a struggle financially, but I knew I had to do it. I couldn’t function like this any more.
While I was trying different modalities and figuring out the “How”, I found myself watching a Youtube video on Managing Emotions.

My emotions had always been a challenge. They felt raw, chaotic, overwhelming at times – and I didn’t really understand why.
The doctor presenting Managing Emotions demonstrated how we live in a society where only happy, fun emotions are acceptable. And that we learn to push down or hide any other feelings to fit in and be accepted.
This deep truth struck me. I had the impression that I had been hiding my emotions for a very long time.
So this took me on a path of learning what else to do with these emotions – so they didn’t feel so out of control in everyday life.
I found my IBS symptoms improving. Slowly at first. I would find myself curiously being able to tolerate certain foods again – and would have less IBS pain.
One day I sat and drank half a glass of milk. (I had been lactose intolerant since the age of 5.) And I digested it without any consequences.
So I kept going. Not realising that I would progressively get to the stage of having none of my usual irritable bowel symptoms. That was 8 years ago.
What this means for your IBS symptoms

At first I thought this was a fluke. But I trained, and started coaching other IBS sufferers – with a very high success rate!
Which suggests that emotional pain we are avoiding is a major key in reversing IBS pain.
This also suggests that we don’t need meds, diets, supplements, enzymes – or anything like that.
We have the power. YOU have the power to “cure” your IBS.
If you want to get there faster – in a matter of months rather than years (or decades) – work with me.
